FAQs

Do I still need insurance?

Yes, you still need health insurance to cover you for labs, imaging, specilisits, hospital care and surgeries, unless you plan to pay for them out-of-pocket. Your day-to-day primary care is covered by your membership.

Can I use HSA/FSA?

Starting Jan. 1, 2026, DPC memberships under $150/month for individuals or $300/month for families can be paid with HSA funds as qualified medical expenses.

What’s included in my membership?

Unlimited visits, same/next-day appointments, direct messaging, chronic care management, and urgent-care services.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. We just ask that you let us know 30-days in advance prior to cancelling.
