About Us

Dr. Daniel Shor, DO was born in Israel to immigrant parents who fled the Soviet Union in search of a better life. At the age of six, he moved to New Jersey with his fraternal twin brother and maternal grandparents, which has remained his permanent home. After training and working within large healthcare systems, Dr. Shor recognized the need for a more focused, patient-centered approach to medical weight management. He founded his practice to provide individualized, evidence-based weight-loss care, combining medical expertise with personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve sustainable results.

In his free time, Dr. Shor likes to spend time with his son. His hobbies include weightlifting, fishing, and jiu-jiutsu.
